Amanda Frazier, Founder & CEO
Amanda is a young serial Entrepreneur, Founder, and CEO of Syenrgy Hub. “I was once looked down on for having a disability: ADD. In reality, it’s what made me successful. What is frowned on in school, becomes an asset in business”. When she was 16, she skipped school to design homes. At the age of 19, she launched a unique marketing firm for Entrepreneurs, breaking rules of traditional marketing. At just 24, Amanda founded the Synergy Hub. She believed enviornments weren‘t built for Entrepreneurs & set out to change the world. “There’s too much help, but not enough of the right help”.
Dennis V. Valenti, Cofounder & COO
Dennis founded the Synergy Hub alongside Amanda, after doing 12 years of business development for Fortune 500 companies. Once he took the leap to Entrepreneurship, he never looked back...realizing Entrepreneurship as the only way to be in control of his own destiny. He has a deep belief that true Entrepreneurs see things differently than the rest of the world. “No one sees what these Entrepreneurs see. They grew up believing the way they think is wrong. Everyone judges them based on their spelling, paperwork, or how well they understand details. As ironic as it sounds, these are our highest potential Entrepreneurs...and the world is pushing them away”. Dennis also has a strong background in leadership, mentorship, and group facilitation.

Jeff has developed software for all kinds, from the little guy with a dream to the Fortune 500. His passion and greatest skill lies in navigating the complex minds of Entrepreneurs, and transalting it into technology. Combine that with over 20 years of technology development & management, and we found ourselves a rockstar CTO.
Mike Buffa, Business Development Dir.
Mike Buffa is a Serial Entrepreneur and retired CEO. In his lifetime, he's started-up over a dozen high-tech ventures to include IPO's, selling companies and restarting a public company.
Mike brought a wealth of information, and real life experience into our company. He also helps keep us organized.
Daniel J. Scott, Board Advisor
Deemed "an accomplished entrepreneur" by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and one of "Tampa Bay's 100 most influential business leaders" by Tampa Bay CEO Magazine, Daniel James Scott seamlessly blends technological know-how, business savvy and a keen analytical insight as an entrepreneurial leader. Working with high-growth firms is a passion for Daniel. Daniel is currently a visiting instructor of entrepreneurship at USF St. Petersburg’s College of Business, where he also serves as associate director of the Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Innovation Alliance, founder of the Gazelle Lab Virtual Incubator, and associate editor of ASBE’s Journal of Business & Entrepreneurship.
Reuben Pressman, Creative Director
A purpose driven visionary with an unlimeted supply of energy, Reuben Pressman is a natural born leader, entrepreneur and creative. Currently a senior attending the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, Reuben is majoring in entrepreneurship and triple minoring in leadership, economics, and international business. To Reuben, Entrepreuer is not just someone who started a business, it’s a way of thinking. “An Entrepreneur is someone who can think outside of the box, work with and engage others, and wants to make a positive impact in the world.” Simply put, Reuben wants to change the world!
